1 DAY: ARIVED AT MANAGUA CITY TO GRANADA CITY.
Granada city was founded by the Spanish in 1523. Granada has a number of antiquated decorated churches and old Spanish-style buildings that date back to the colonial period. It is called 'The Great Sultana' in recognition of its beautiful colonial architectural heritage. Even though it was badly damaged during the mid-1850s whilst being captured by the American William Walker, it is still a popular city and is one of the country's main destination for international travelers. Situated less than 30 km from the country's international airport.
In this city you will visit the natural beauty of Lake Cocibolca or spend time amongst nature enjoying natural wonders such as the annual sea turtle egg-laying. It is in and around Parque Central that you will find Granada's cathedral, city hall, cultural centers, banks and hundreds of small shops and stalls which are dedicated to the sale of traditional food and hand crafted goods – the perfect place to get some mementoes of your trip. You are giong to visit walking down 'La Calzada' Avenue, which is flanked by large colonial houses.

2 DAY: GRANADA CITY TOUR
You are going to visit the central park called parque colon (columbus park). It was built in 1880 as the central park, after that was name columbus park in named of the conquistor Christofer columbus who arrived in october 12, 1892. after this you are going to visit the independence plaza in named of it. It is located next to the central park.
You will visit the old market that was built in 1890 and it was opened in 1892. it is located at 200 meters south to the central park.
Then you will visti teh old train station and the poets park. It was sold in 1990 after the 80´s war. After visiting this atraction we visit the old hospital that was destroy by an earthquake in 2000.
Later we are going to visit to La Polvora fortress that was built in 1749 in order to protect Granada from the pirates.
After this we are going to visti the unique cemetery to observe the tombs which house people more than 500 years old with marble statues. The cemetery has many finely sculpted tombs and replicas of churches. The walled cemetery is set off with a neo-classic stone chapel, the Capilla de Animas or Chapel of Spirits.
Later we take xalteva street going daow to observe xalteva church and xaltevas walls. Continue our trip we climb up at the top of La merced Bell tower.
3 DAY: GRANADA ISLAND
It is an archipielago formaded for 365 island (one island for each day of the year). It located in Cocibolca Lake at 3 km from Granada City.
We are going to observe the beautiful flora and fauna in one of the typical boat. In this pretty area we are going to see San Pablo fortress, that was built for the spaniards in order to protect Granada of the pirates. We are going to observe many kind of birds such as jacanas, osprings, vulture, swallows, ducks, white ibis, King fisher and monkeys.
We are going to stop for a while in one of the island to observe the spider monkeys and after we are going to see El diamante port to explain the ship history of Victorias Vapor which belonged to one of the ex-president called Anastasio Zomoza de Bayle. Later we stop iin a restaurant to take a beverage. After this we return at Granada city. The trip takes 2 hours.
4 DAY: MASAYA VOLCANO & PUEBLOS BLANCOS
Masaya Volcano National Park, is one of the most interesting natural and beautiful atraction in Nicaragua. It was declared as the first National Park in 1979, with an area of 53 km2 and more than 20 km of trails and scenic roads that lead to the vicinity of two volcanoes impressive and five craters spectacular. Masaya volcano aslo is known as Popogate (Nahuatl indian Language) that means Hill That Burns.
In the Pre-Columbian Period, the Masaya Volcano was under Veneracion part of the Indigenous. They believed that the eruptions were signs of the fury generated by the Gods and to reassure them they offered sacrifices of maidens and young children. During the time of Conquer the Españoles baptized the Volcano active "THE MOUTH OF HELL." Then put the so-called "CRUZ DE BOBADILLA (In honor of Father Francisco Bobadilla). The put into shore of Crater in the sixteenth century to counter the Demon.
In 1670, The Volcano Nindiri had its last eruption, followed by the Masaya Volcano Eruption in 1772. Lava ejected for the second Eruption avanzò as a Rio de Fuego to the area known as Stone Quemada. In 1852, a new Crater (Santiago), was formed between the Volcanoes exist. During this period will also form the Crater San Pedro, currently shut down.
After this we are giong to visit masaya old market where the people sell potteries and handicaft.
Later you are going to catarina look out where you observe laguna de apoyo and the most beautiful panoramaof Granada city, Mombacho volcano and Nicaraguan Lake. In this town the people survive selling handicraft, pottery and fruits. Also this town is full of garden stores.
After this visit, you visit San Juan de Oriente town a place where the community made the pottery and handicraft. Return to Granada.
5 DAY: MOMBACHO VOLCANO
This volcano is located in the Mombacho Volcano Nature Park and has a height is 1400 metres above sea level. Extinct long time ago, is completely covered with vegetation that forms a particolar ecosystem in which they live 50 species of mammals, 174 species of birds, 30 species of reptiles and amphibians and 750 different species of flora.
Along the trails are drilling natural round vapors emanating hot for the rest is advised panoramic point from which you can admire Lake Cocibolca, the lagoon Support and the city of Granada.
6 DAY: DEPARTURE TO SAN JUAN DEL SUR
Small and funny little town in the interior of the same bay that discharg with the Pacific Ocean and 60 km west of Grenada and only 24 kilometres from the border with Costa Rica. San Juan del Sur, surrounded by mountains, has a huge beach of more than 3 km of white sand and is favored by a wonderful climate throughout the year, allowing surfing, fishing, fishing with string, summer. We visit the beautiful baech and the small town after this we take the afternoon off.
7 & 8 DAY: DEPARTURE TO SAN JORGE PORT GOING TO OMETEPE ISLAND
Within the Lake Cocibolca is an island which is the largest island in a lake in the world. The istic is composed of two active volcanoes has the highest 1,600 meters: Wood and Concepcion. At Altagracia we visit the Roman Catholic Church and the museum with pre-Colombian stone statue and petrogliphys.
We drive from Altagracia to Balgue where we visit Finca Magdalena, a cooperative that grows organic coffee.
We visit the coffee plantations and the forest.
It is time for lunch so we go to Santo Domingo White Sand Beach,, this wonderful beach is located between the 2 volcanoes.
Time for lunch, relaxing and swimming!
We finish the day at Charco Verde: Home of the mythological figure. You learn about this mysterious legend while walking around the lagoon enjoying this ecological reserve.
9 DAY: BACK TO GRANADA CITY
10 DAY: LAGUNA DE APOYO.
The Apoyo lagoon is the largest of the features gaps Nicaragua, his name is due to the taste of their water Alt-poyec: brackish water. The Apoyo lagoon is home to a large number of animal and plant species, some of them endemic to Nicaragua and still retains much of its natural wealth.
Its circular shape (diameter of 6 km) and the volcanic origin of the rock that surrounds it, suggesting that it is an ancient crater estingiudo since thousands of years, then filled by the rains causing the largest volcanic lake in Nicaragua.
In this place we are going to spend the day in Norome Resort. Taking a swim in the wonderful crystaline water of the laguna de apoyo or in the swim pool.
11 DAY: BACK TO MANAGUA AND CITY TOUR
